ARRIVE YOGA IS...

Breathe in, breathe out...
A warm, welcoming space where each class adapts to the people who are there.
Small-group sessions usually combine mobility, gentle strengthening, and more dynamic movement, followed by a calmer part of the class focused on stretching, breathing, and relaxation.
With a maximum of 4 people per class, I’m able to offer variations and modifications throughout the session so everyone can practice at their own pace, whatever their level.
The goal isn’t performance — it’s to help you move with more confidence, comfort, and enjoyment.
This keeps the tone simple and personal, and it matches the way you actually teach much better.
I’m so happy to welcome you here. My goal is simple: to help you move with more mobility, balance, calm, and overall well-being through yoga. My way of teaching has developed over the years through many different practices — Hatha, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, Qigong, therapeutic yoga, Pilates, as well as prenatal and postnatal yoga. Today, I draw freely from these different approaches to create classes adapted to the people who are there and to what their bodies need that day. I truly believe that yoga should adapt to the person — not the other way around. It’s not about performance or achieving the “perfect” pose. It’s about learning to listen to your body, enjoying movement, and taking care of yourself. Yoga first came into my life while I was working in a very demanding and stressful professional environment. After several years of practicing alongside my career, I decided in 2015 to travel to Nepal and complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of teaching people from many different backgrounds and have accumulated over 1,000 hours of teaching experience. Every student, every body, and every class continues to shape and enrich the way I teach today. What I love most is creating a space where you can simply arrive as you are, slow down, breathe, move… and leave feeling a little better than when you came. I can’t wait to practice with you. With love, Cynthia
