Welcome to Your Yoga Journey! I'm so excited to have you here. My goal is simple – to guide you toward a state of clarity, balance, ease, and well-being through yoga. The practice I share is a blend of energizing and calming exercises, inspired mainly by Hatha and Yin yoga, with elements from other practices I've gathered over the years. From breathing techniques to Yoga Nidra, Qigong, Yoga Therapy, Ashtanga, Pilates, and even prenatal and postnatal yoga, each session is designed to nurture your mind and body. I truly believe yoga is for everyone, and I do my best to tailor our classes, whether private or in groups, to your unique needs. Whether you're dealing with back pain, knee issues, migraines, insomnia, or digestion challenges—or you simply want to keep feeling your best—I'm here for you. And I'm thrilled to invite you to join our vibrant community of like-minded individuals! My personal motto, though it may sound cliché, is to live a life led by unconditional love and to pursue your passions with such trust in yourself that no external influence can change your course. In our practice, I encourage you to slow down, take a deep breath, and be present. It is in those moments of stillness that life starts to come into perspective, revealing the sweet things it has to offer. Yoga became my path after experiencing my own personal transition. Coming from a corporate background and high-stress environments, I know how hard it can be to just pause and breathe. But through yoga, I discovered the power to transform my life in ways I never imagined. After years of practicing alongside my demanding career, I decided to take the leap. I traveled to Nepal in 2015 to complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training, and since then, I've taught yoga to students from all walks of life, accumulating over 1,000 hours of teaching. So here I am, sharing my story with you—a glimpse of the journey we could embark on together. I can’t wait to practice with you soon! With Love, CynthiaWelcome to Your Yoga Journey!
